Ordering
Upon completing a purchase, you will automatically receive an order confirmation for your order. This means that your order has been processed. However, it is only when you receive a delivery confirmation that your order is approved and dispatched. If any issues arise with your order, we will first contact you via email. In the event of any pricing errors, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel orders.
Delivery
You will receive an order acknowledgment via email from us once we have received your order. After that, you will receive a delivery confirmation as soon as we have processed and dispatched your order. With this, you will receive a tracking number so that you can follow your package all the way to your chosen pickup point. If you provide your mobile number when ordering, you will receive an SMS notification when the package is ready for pickup.
During sales, there may be a delay in processing your order, and delivery times may be slightly longer.
Unclaimed Packages
If no one can receive the order upon home delivery despite repeated attempts, or if the package is not collected from the pick-up point or parcel locker, a repurchase will be made, and you will be charged a fee of 200 SEK.
