Please note that the 14-day general Swedish right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products, such as print on demand, which is the only product sold at io Nordics.

Our products are produced “on-demand” and are therefore unique to each customer, and your order cannot be canceled.

Complaints
The right to complain means that the customer can invoke faults and defects in the product that have occurred up to 2 years after purchase. However, it is a condition that these issues have not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other mishandling that has led to the defect. The product should be reported as soon as the fault is discovered.
